TOURNAMENT RULES
All coaches must check in at least 30 minutes prior to first game!

1.    All  games shall be two 16 minute halves with stop clock.
2.   Halftime shall be 3 minutes.
3.    Pregame warmup shall be a minimum of 5 minutes.
4.    No game shall start early without BOTH coaches’ consent – please let us know if an official refuses to follow this rule!
5.    Each team receives 2 30-second timeouts per half and 1 floating full timeout per game.
6.    First overtime is 2 minutes, second OT is 1:00, third OT is sudden death.
7.    Running clock is in effect if lead is 20+ points in second half ONLY!
8.    Good sportsmanship dictates that a team not press with a lead of 20+ points, 30+ points in grades 7-12.
9.    ONLY players who are listed on team rosters are eligible.
10.   All assistant coaches must be seated.
11.   All bench personnel must wear NCAA credentials.
12.  Rosters must conform with USSSA Basketball eligibility requirements -- details available at www.usssa.com.
13. All teams must have a roster on file before taking the court for their first game. Failure to do so will result in an automatic forfeit of any eligibility challenges and games.
14. Display proper sportsmanship and enthusiastically support your team -- they are not mutually exclusive! Coaches or players who are ejected from a game are automatically suspended for the following game. A second ejection results in a suspension from the remainder of the tourney.
15.  First team listed must provide score keeper.  Second team listed must provide score board operator.

Seeding/Tie Breaker Procedures:
1.    Pool play win-loss percentage
2.    Head to head result
3.    +/- point total (+15 maximum per game)
4.    Fewest defensive points allowed
5.    Coin flip
*Cross pool games do not count in seeding determinations.
