HGBL League and State Tournament
Rules: IHSAA rules will be followed with the following exceptions
1) Quarters will be six minutes for all Fall and Winter league games. Tournaments and Summer
league games will be played with 12 minute halves

4) Each team will be guaranteed a ten minute warm-up unless both coaches and officials agree.

9) Basket will be regulation 10 feet. Basketball will be a Women's size #6 (28.5)

Behavior: The team’s head coach will be responsible for the actions of his/her player's, coaches,
parents and friends. The coach is responsible from the time of the team’s arrival
and departure from the game site.
FANS: A warning will be assessed immediately for improper behavior on the second offence
will result in a bench technical foul. At that time the person will be asked to leave the
game site immediately. That person will be listed for the remainder of the season and
will be identified before each game to the officials and will not receive a warning. On
the first offence a bench technical foul will be assessed. The offender will be
asked to leave.
Coaches & Players:
Two technical fouls result in game ejection. A team left without a roistered coach
will immediately forfeit the game.
Host: The host site is reasonable for the reporting of any game ejection and most report, Team,

to leave after being ejected, the host should immediately call 911 and have that person
